Commatech’s marketed tracks are produced in continuous rubber band with steel inserts. This technology ensures to the track the balance between strength and flexibility which leads to decrease wear and increase strength and efficiency during operation. The metal insert is dressed in a shirt of composite fiber that protects the rubber against the direct contact with the steel. The successive layers of rubber increase the life of the track and absorb the shocks leading to a smooth movement of the machine.
